Presidio County

DCP_4065.jpg

Presidio County, in southwest Texas, is predominantly dry and arid. The conditions result in strong color.

Its southern border is marked by the Rio Grande. Only about 8,000 people live in this part of the state and you can drive for miles without seeing one of them. The landscape looks unforgiving, but inviting at the same time. The more you look on from the edges, the deeper you want to go.
