San Telmo
San Telmo is one of the oldest districts of Buenos Aires, the capital of Argentina.
Its architecture is rustic brick and sculpted concrete with wrought iron trim. Its streets are narrow, shaded in some places, and in others flooded with warm South American sunlight.
The buildings have been used and reused over the centuries. I found one that has been left open to the street and the sky. Missing the roof and walls that would qualify it as a building, but retaining all its interior furnishings. The remains, put to good use.
