Little League

For these boys soccer is just a game to be played at anytime and anywhere they can find a flat surface with two defined ends, or goals.

In this case, it’s a weekend morning off a small square a few hundred yards from the beach in San Sebastian, Spain.

An old church provides the walls of their small stadium. The sunny side of the pitch is open to the square and an audience of parents keeping a close eye on their children and others who happen to be passing by.

For the most part the boys don’t notice their fans. They have been taught to keep their eyes on the ball.
