San Telmo

San Telmo is the oldest barrio in Buenos Aires.

It is filled with local shops and restaurants. It is busy all day long, but on weekend evenings it turns into a spectacle as locals and tourists converge in the same place to take in the 19th century vibe, the street music, shops and food.
