Happy Thanksgiving

This is the two month anniversary of my long road trip.

On September 27 I started things out in San Francisco. As of this writing I am scheduled to leave India early next week for about ten days in Spain before heading south to Peru, Chile and Argentina. In all honesty I am debating those last three stops right now mainly because I don’t feel adequately prepared, but we’ll see.

A year ago today I ran in my home town’s annual five mile road race and the temperature was something like 16F. Today I am at the beach in Goa, India, living out of a grass hut with temperatures in the 80’s.
