The Last Miles
Here in the middle of Connecticut, on the last miles of the big river’s ramble toward Long Island Sound, is the shaded, old but sturdy essence of what this part of New England has been for the last 400 years.
Practical. Hard working. Pretty, but not concerned with appearances.
The neighbors are concerned for you, but will not interfere unless asked.
It was set up this way a long time ago and since it works there is no need to change anything.
