Beach Run

When summer temperatures top 80 and head toward 100, the beach is a good place to run.

At low tide the sand is packed nearly as hard as pavement, but it is soft enough to run barefoot the way we were intended to run. A short purposeful course diversion into the water can cool you off mid-run and the sea breeze works to reduce the humidity. When you are done, there is always the option to dive in.
