Kamala Harris (Update)

In April of 2019. while covering the New Hampshire presidential primary campaign, I filed this story on California Senator Kamala Harris.

I’ve made a few changes to the text to reflect her selection as Joe Biden’s running mate, but these were my observations at the time. I have always believed Harris would be Biden’s best choice for this first important decision.
