Think Coffee

Think Coffee, is a small chain of local coffee shops based in New York City with locations now in South Korea.

As part of my occasional series on coffee shops I stop into while on assignment, this Think Coffee location is on Mercer St. in NYC. It is obviously a favorite of locals who are using it as a major meeting place, study hall, and third place work space.

The company carefully sources its coffee from various countries in the coffee belt and re-invests in social programs in those regions.
