Washington Governor Jay Inslee is running for president.
As he seeks the Democratic nomination he has put climate change policy at the center of his campaign. Between now and June his goal is win a place on the Democratic debate stage. If he succeeds in demonstrating a level of support he will have succeeded in helping to set the agenda for the full field. And that may be the win he is truly after.
