Last Snow

The New England winter has been relatively mild, at least here in the southern part of the region.

It occurs to me that the last snow fall of the year is often the prettiest. Maybe it’s because the temperatures are warmer, the snow therefore heavier, and more clingy when it comes to resting on trees and everything else.

There’s no way to know for sure how much more snow we’ll get this year, but as pretty as it is, I wouldn’t mind if this week’s was the last. Here’s a look.
