Nepal Day to Day

Here in India, I ran into a man from Nepal decrying the condition of his country. He says the government has allowed everyone to come in to profit without regard for the people or the environment.

The problem is acute in Kathmandu, the capital, but it is also evident on the underdeveloped road system that runs through the country, filled on both sides by poor towns where hope seems to be a rare commodity.
