Safe to Eat?

My first week in India was not an easy one for my digestive system. I got sick three times in one week, even though I was being extremely careful.

I think one of the safest meals I had was a plate of freshly sliced fruit from this cart in the old spice market. Safe because the fruit itself was protected by its skin until the man cut it and served it to me. It was the best meal of the week.
